Refreshing of 2019 Annual Micro and Small Industry Survey Officers

Micro and Small Industrial Business (IMK) business development is seen as important in developing the industrial sector. Micro and small businesses are expected to continue to grow through guidance at both the management, technical and financial levels.

In order to meet the needs for accurate data and information related to policy making and development of the manufacturing industry sector, especially IMK, BPS organizes the 2019 Annual Micro and Small Industry Survey. The survey is expected to provide a comprehensive picture of IMK profiles and data covering the distribution of IMK, raw materials, labor and so on.
The 2019 Annual Micro and Small Industry Survey was conducted in several districts / cities with the potential for IMK in all provinces in Indonesia with a total of 13,797 census blocks selected and covering 90,529 businesses / companies. The enumeration targets include Micro Industry (IM) businesses, namely industries with a workforce of 1 to 4 people and Small Industries (IK) with a workforce of 5 to 19 people including entrepreneurs / owners. The initial steps of BPS in Badung Regency data from the 2019 Annual Micro and Small Industry Survey is to maintain the quality of survey workers through the 2019 Annual Micro and Small Industry Survey Officer Refreshing conducted on Thursday, August 8, 2019 at Umaanyar Restaurant with 23 participants.
