In the context of employee development and evaluation of activities, BPS carries out routines every month. This meeting was attended by all employees through the media zoom meeting. At the meeting at the beginning of June this time, the Head of BPS for Badung Regency gave directions on the code of ethics, supervision activities, and a culture of excellent service. We need to instill discipline as ASN, strive to put the interests of the community above the interests of organizations and individuals, and always try to increase personal capacity in terms of excellent service.
In this meeting also discussed various management activities at BPS Badung Regency such as General Activities Manager, Social Statistics Activity Manager, Distribution Statistics Activity Manager, Production Statistics Activity Manager, Nerwilis Activity Manager, IPDS Activity Manager, Management of Employee Capacity Building, Management of Employee Happy Hours, Management of Statistical Partner Availability Management, Response Rate Improvement, Management of Public Service Quality Statistics, as well as K/L/D/I Guidance.
The management of this activity aims to ensure that all employees work comfortably and according to the duties and functions of the Badung Regency BPS as a provider of quality statistical data for Advanced Indonesia.
On this occasion also carried out the dissemination of Bank Data for Statistical Analysis Generator (BADUNG ASIK). Badung Asik is a data management system that is used as a forum for compiling data series and analyzing simple statistical information with supporting phenomena from the data. This is intended so that all employees can have the same understanding of data related to the analysis and supporting phenomena so that they can improve public services.
