BPS must be the institution providing the most up-to-date and updated data. All must be one unit of the same information in the implementation of One Data Indonesia (SDI). Internally, every line of BPS must be more creative and innovative. All changes that exist must be addressed with a learner mentality and externally, BPS must follow developments that occur in various parts of the world. Learn new things that can support the completion of work to be more flexible, effective, and efficient. This was the message conveyed by the Deputy for Social Statistics which was read by the Head of the Badung Regency BPS at a virtual apple on July 26, 2021.
BPS is also expected to continue to increase collaboration with Ministries/Agencies, Local Governments, universities, and other parties. BPS must continue to play a central role in providing statistical data. The role of BPS as Data Trustees in accordance with SDI's mandate must be enforced. Like the solar system, BPS must be able to be the sun in providing data, while other data producers rotate around BPS, collecting sectoral and specific statistics, with the Norms, Standards, Procedures, and Criteria set by BPS.
