2021 Activity Evaluation Meeting and 2022 Activity Planning

The Badung Regency BPS held a 2021 Activity Evaluation Meeting and 2022 Activity Planning at the Santika Seminyak Hotel face to face while still paying attention to health protocols. This meeting was attended by employees and statistical partners of BPS Badung Regency.

This activity was carried out as an event to carry out an evaluation of technical and administrative activities in 2021 and a review of the 2022 POK Budget by each activity manager. In the meeting which took place from 10-12 December 2021, the manager of the HR capacity building project also delivered material on Workload Analysis (ABK). And all employees and partners are involved in the preparation of activity plans and 2022 Workload Analysis. Then this event is continued with a review and revision of the results of the activity planning review and 2022 Workload Analysis.

In his remarks, the Head of BPS Badung Regency conveyed that the outputs of implementing this activity were decisions on implementing statistical activities, decisions on implementation time of activities per volume, detailed activity planning contained in project management documents, workload analysis, list of jobs per month for employees to fill targets and realization in project management. Employee CKP, Fund Withdrawal Plan (RPD) 2022 and plans for the procurement of goods and services for 2022.
