Wednesday, January 5, 2022 BPS Badung Regency held a regular meeting in January 2022. This meeting was held virtually and was attended by all employees.
In this meeting the Head of Badung Regency BPS conveyed the discipline and code of ethics that must be obeyed by all employees, the Government Internal Control System (SPIP) which needed to be carried out in various ways including the implementation of a whistle blowing system, a public complaint system, performance verification, financial verification, controlling risk and adequate quality and progress control, as well as the implementation of a culture of excellent service.
The Head of BPS Badung Regency also delivered several evaluations including RB Management, Documentation and Information System Operations (SiDoI), HR Management, Project Management, and SAKIP Management.
The SiDoI application has a new submenu in the form of an output report upload submenu which is provided for uploading activity output reports as well as Financial Reports and BMN Reports which will be completed at the end of the budget implementation and is a form of commitment to provide reports for each managed activity.
The Commitment Making Officer (PPK) in this meeting also had the opportunity to submit the RPD and its evaluation as well as the Goods and Services Procurement Officer to submit the 2022 Goods and Services Procurement Plan.
Since January is the month of SAKIP, each SAKIP manager is asked to submit the realization of SAKIP in the fourth quarter along with the problems and risks faced in its implementation. Each project manager is also asked to submit their project management work plan for 2022, especially in January 2022.
At the end of the meeting, a Bureaucratic Reform Quiz (RB) was also held to increase the understanding of all employees on the implementation of RB.
