BPS Badung Regency accepted 4 new CPNS people who had started working at BPS Badung Regency on June 14, 2022. CPNS accepted at BPS Badung Regency consisted of three women, and one man, and came from Central Java and Java. East. Three people are graduates of the Department of Population Statistics who will serve as functional statistics and one person is a graduate of the Department of Computing Statistics who will serve as functional computer administrators.
On that date also held orientation for CPNS employees by introducing SiDoI (Documentation and Information System) BPS Badung Regency as a system that will be used to communicate related information and documentation needed in the organization's business processes. CPNS employees are directed to use SiDoI for daily activities, such as reporting daily work, monthly reporting on Performance Allowances obtained, Quarterly reporting, informing the results of external assignments, applying for leave, viewing assignment information, and viewing various documentation and other information.
The orientation was also conveyed regarding the Government's Internal Control System, so that CPNS are aware of avoiding acts of corruption both in terms of finance, time, and the use of state property. CPNS are also reminded not to accept the slightest gratification of goods, money, or services received in exchange for work. Excellent service was also introduced to always prioritize the interests of the community and also pay attention to the needs of other organic employees in carrying out their daily work.
On the occasion, the CKP and SKP excel applications were also explained which are used in daily work reporting, monthly CKP reporting, and quarterly IKI reporting. This is conveyed so that staffing obligations can be carried out as well as possible, while trying to complete the assigned work.
