Training for Agricultural Economic Survey Officers (SEP) for Individual Agricultural Enterprises (UTP) in 2024 BPS Badung Regency

On 28-31 May 2024, Badung Regency BPS carried out training activities for Agricultural Economic Survey (SEP) Individual Agricultural Business (UTP) officers in 2024. Officer training was carried out in a hybrid manner, via Zoom Virtual Room (2 days) and face to face (2 days ) which was held at the Bali Dynasty Hotel. This training activity was opened directly by the Head of BPS Badung Regency, Mr. Komang Bagus Pawastra, SE, MT., MA.

The 2024 Agricultural Economic Survey (SEP) is part of a series of activities for the 2023 Agricultural Census (ST 2023) which will be carried out throughout Indonesia. The main objective of SEP 2024 is to obtain data on economic aspects of agricultural business units, including income, expenditure, cost structure, as well as indicators of the level of welfare of agricultural business units. Data obtained from SEP 2024 will be important material for formulating development policies in the agricultural sector and providing quality statistical data for data users.

Based on ST2023 data, the number of individual agricultural business units (UTP) in Badung Regency in 2023 is 24,441 units.
