Abstract

The Bali Province NTP Index in June 2021 was recorded at 92.38, up 0.49 percent compared to May 2021 which was recorded at 91.93. The index received by farmers (It) rose as high as 0.18 percent, while the index paid by farmers (Ib) fell as deep as 0.31 percent.

The increase in the NTP index in June 2021 was recorded in almost all sub-sectors, except for the horticulture sub-sector which fell by 4.06 percent. The sub-sector with the highest increase was the smallholder plantation sub-sector at 3.50 percent, followed by the fisheries sub-sector (1.72 percent), the food crops sub-sector (0.82 percent) and the livestock sub-sector (0.31 percent).

The Bali Province Agricultural Exchange Rate Index (NTUP) in June 2021 rose as high as 0.06 percent from 92.12 in the previous month to 92.17.

Seen from the sub-sector, the increase in the NTUP index in June 2021 was recorded in the smallholder plantation sub-sector (3.07 percent), the fisheries sub-sector (1.31 percent) and the food crops sub-sector (0.33 percent). On the other hand, the horticulture and livestock sub-sectors recorded a decline of 4.30 percent and 0.15 percent, respectively.

In June 2021, Bali Province recorded a rural deflation of 0.52 percent. This condition is in line with the national record of rural inflation, which recorded a deflation of 0.35 percent. The deepest deflation was recorded in Gorontalo Province at 1.01 percent and the shallowest in Central Sulawesi Province at 0.01. Meanwhile, the highest inflation was recorded in Riau Islands Province (0.17 percent) while the lowest was recorded in Maluku Province (0.03 percent).
