Abstract

In May 2023, the value of exports of goods for the Province of Bali abroad increased by 13.29 percent month to month (m-t-m), from US$ 43,844,392 in April 2023 to US$ 49,669,826 in May 2023. When compared with May 2022 year on year (y-o-y), the value of Bali's exports in May 2023 also recorded an increase of 4.08 percent.

In line with exports, the import performance of the Province of Bali in May 2023 also showed an increase. The import value of Bali Province goods from abroad in May 2023 was recorded at US$ 11,937,350, up 19.40 percent compared to April 2023 (m-t-m) which was recorded at US$ 9,997,526. On a year-on-year basis, the import value of the Province of Bali in May 2023 was recorded to have increased by 90.45 percent.
