This quote from Jim Collins, a writer as well as a business consultant in the United States, was delivered at the mandate of the Head of the Planning Bureau. This mandate from Mr. Atqo Mardiyanto was read by the Head of the Badung Regency BPS at a virtual rally held by the Badung Regency BPS on Monday, August 30, 2021.
The role of BPS in providing strategic data for development and facing various challenges in the future lies not in a great strategy, nor in sophisticated and modern technology, but in its human resources.
The efforts of BPS that have been carried out so far in the context of strengthening the management of BPS human resources, the first is to seek to fulfill the gap in human resource needs in technical and non-technical fields. Second, to maintain a balance between the composition of employees in the regions and the speed of the process. Third, in order to implement a good career pattern, BPS will implement Talent Management.
By conveying these efforts, it is hoped that BPS ASN can collaborate in realizing reliable HR management to answer emerging issues.
