Monday, May 30, 2022 BPS Badung Regency held a virtual apple that started at 08.00 WITA. In the mandate of the Head of BPS Badung Regency, the changes that occur in the current era of disruption are increasingly fast and complex. This requires BPS to become a learning organization that is always adaptive as a form of transformation. Must initiate new steps and breakthroughs for a more advanced future. As part of the BPS organization, all ASN BPS are required to be able to collaborate and contribute actively according to their respective roles to achieve organizational goals. Currently, BPS is undergoing a transformation, including in realizing a new work order. This will open up opportunities to work more effectively, efficiently, and economically for BPS employees throughout Indonesia.

Joint support, commitment and synergy are needed from all BPS personnel to be able to realize a new work system that is more agile, adaptive, collaborative, and flexible starting from the leadership level to the implementation level in the field.
