Happy Monday is a weekly routine activity of Central Java BPS to share various information within BPS Central Java. On August 30, 2021, the Central Java BPS WBBM (Clean Area to Serve) Sharing Session was held in preparation for the ZI and WBK/WBBM assessments in 2021. The Head of BPS Badung Regency attended this Happy Monday event as a resource person because he previously served at BPS Gianyar Regency and in 2020 it has been designated as a WBBM satker.
Other resource persons who were also present at this event were Mohammad Averrouce as Assistant Deputy for Policy Implementation and Evaluation of Bureaucratic Reform, Apparatus Accountability, and Supervision II, Dr. Dadang Hardiwan, S.Si, M.Si as Head of BPS for East Java Province, and Dwi Yuhenny, S.Si, MM, as Head of BPS for Madiun City.
On the occasion of the sharing session by Mr. Averrouce, an overview of Bureaucratic Reform nationally and the things that will be carried out in the framework of the WBK WBBM ZI assessment was presented in 2021. On that occasion also presented problems that still often exist in the implementation of WBK WBBM, and encouraged to continue creating WBK WBBM innovation. For the explanation from BPS East Java, Mr. Dadang conveyed various preparations in the context of the ZI assessment to go to WBBM. Then BPS Madiun City conveyed various existing innovations and various things that were carried out in the ZI assessment towards WBBM, so that they could get the WBBM predicate.
Mr. Dr. Yudi Agusta, M.Sc explained various innovations carried out at BPS Gianyar Regency and also at BPS Badung Regency such as the RB Quiz, assessment and monitoring of performance and workloads, quality assurance work programs, increasing response rates, managing performance documentation, agency performance accountability, internal control and several public service innovations such as D'Bros (Data Broadcasting Systems), Development of Supporting Data Guardian Statistics (TikLiDaKu), and the initiation of the Badung One Data System. He hopes to share things that other BPS Satker want to know in order to improve the performance of agencies and public services.
