Tuesday, November 30, 2021, the Central Bureau of Statistics of Badung Regency explained the implementation of Public Information Disclosure of BPS Badung Regency in the context of monitoring and evaluating Public Information Disclosure by the Bali Provincial Information Commission.
BPS Badung Regency conveyed several innovations in public information services in 2020 and 2021 which included innovations in public information services that were carried out independently, namely the Integrated Statistical Service (PST), data and information service websites, Broadcasting Systems (D'Bros) Data/Information, social media ( Facebook, Instagram, Youtube), information service team and service data package.
The collaboration of the Badung Regency BPS in the process of providing, serving and disseminating public information with external stakeholders is also explained in the form of a work program in the form of developing the Badung One Data system, fostering Supporting Data Guardian Statistics (TikLiDaKu) which also includes the Beautiful Village program, and work programs Ambassador of Statistics for the dissemination of statistical information.
The benefits of the innovation designed by the Badung Regency BPS for the public are to complete the availability of the required data more effectively and efficiently for the community and improve its quality, improve understanding and use of data/information by the community, ensure the availability of integrated data and information for the Badung Regency Government and community in planning and evaluating development/program activities.
The strategy so that innovation is implemented effectively and under control is the implementation of Control on Abuse of Authority and Gratification, which is implemented with several activities including Control Through Directions, Internal Systems, Banners, provision of public and internal complaint channels, as well as reporting of internal controls on a regular basis through the Documentation System Application. And Information (SiDoI).
