In carrying out government administration, data is an important element in the decision-making process. Making decisions without data is like walking in the dark without the guidance of a light.
Following up on the previous visit, on Friday, January 14, 2022, the Badung Regency Central Bureau of Statistics again received an audience from the Badung Regency Communication and Information Office. This hearing discussed the follow-up to the Badung One Data System initiative which has the principle of One Data Standard, One Meta Data, One Data Portal.
The Head of BPS Badung Regency explained in detail about the One Data Badung business process which includes the Data Requirements Formulation Business Process, Data Producer Formulation Business Process, Data Reporting Business Process, and Data Utilization Business Process. Various facilities for the completeness of One Data Badung were also discussed, including Data Quality Assurance and User Ease in utilizing data on the One Data System.
The Department of Communication and Information as the Data Guardian for Badung Regency on this occasion stated its commitment to realizing the Badung One Data Portal which will become an integrated statistical data repository within the Badung Regency Government in 2022.
