The First President of Indonesia, Soekarno, stated the name Pancasila during a speech during a series of sessions of the Investigative Agency for Preparatory Work for Indonesian Independence (BPUPKI), on June 1, 1945. At that time, Soekarno discussed five concepts that would form the basis for the establishment of the Indonesian state, namely nationality, internationalism, deliberation, welfare, and divinity.

June 1 was later designated as the Birthday of Pancasila. Pancasila is the philosophy of life in Indonesia. Let's implement the real values of Pancasila, reflect the noble values of Pancasila in life for the sake of a better Indonesia. Let's strengthen the unity and integrity of the nation.
