Abstract

Farmer's Exchange Rate Index (NTP) is a comparison of the price index received by farmers (It) to the index of price paid by farmers (Ib).

NTP is one indicator to see the level of ability/purchasing power of farmers in rural areas. NTP also shows the terms of trade (terms of trade) of agricultural products with goods and services consumed as well as for production costs.

The Bali Province NTP Index in September 2022 was recorded at 96.40, an increase of 0.02 percent compared to the previous month. The increase in the NTP index was caused by the Price Received by Farmers Index (It) which rose by 0.74 percent, higher than the Index Paid by Farmers (Ib) which rose by 0.72 percent.

Nationally, the NTP index was recorded at 106.82 or an increase of 0.49 percent compared to the previous month. In September 2022, the NTP Index of West Sulawesi Province recorded the highest increase in FTT, at 6.20 percent. On the other hand, the NTP of South Sumatra Province experienced the deepest decline, by -6.24 percent.

The Bali Province Household Consumption Index (IKRT) in September 2022 was 113.28 or an increase of 0.62 percent compared to the previous month.

The Agricultural Household Business Exchange Rate (NTUP) of Bali Province in September 2022 was 96.74 or decreased by -0.24 percent compared to the previous month's NTUP.
