As mandated in Law Number 16 of 1997 concerning Statistics and Presidential Regulation No. 39 of 2019 concerning One Indonesian Data, the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) has a function as a supervisor for sectoral and special statistical data, which is in line with one of BPS missions, namely /L/D/I through a continuous National Statistical System (SSN). Based on this, the Badung Regency BPS initiated an innovation program, namely the Statistical Ambassador Work Program.
On this day, Wednesday, April 6, 2022, Mr. Dr. Yudi Agusta, M.Sc, Head of the Badung Regency BPS as a Resource Person for the Statistical Ambassador at the 4 Evening State Junior High School (SMPN) having his address at Carangsari Village, Petang District, Badung Regency. The material presented included the objectives and benefits of the Statistical Ambassador program, the activities covered, and the work schedule for its implementation. Badung Regency statistical channels including the Badung Regency BPS Data Service website, Badung Regency BPS Data Broadcasting (D'Bros) System, and Badung Regency One Data System are also explained. On this occasion also given material related to the STIS Statistics Polytechnic by Mrs. Desak Gede Prita Widia Wiriyanti, SST. The number of participants was 30 participants. Training is running smoothly and safely.
With this debriefing activity, the benefits determined from this activity are increasing the use of community or community statistical data to support daily activities, and reducing reports that are not based on facts or statistics, as well as strengthening the implementation of the National Statistical System (SSN). achieved.
